  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: Clynera is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

  • Clynera is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Missing or Delayed Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed or if you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@clynera.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Your order will take 1-3 days to process and between 5 to 15 days to arrive at your doorstep one your order is dispatched, You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email whithin 3 to 5 days after ordering.

Please note delivery times may vary sometimes according to Peak busy season, Public holidays and country's custom restrictions.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing your order, it takes 1-3 business days for us to process it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. To track your order, simply click on the "Track My Order" link on our website and enter your tracking number.

If you experience any issues with tracking your order, or if the system does not recognize your tracking number, please reach out to us at support@clynera.com, and our team will assist you in locating your package.

Orders

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / REFUND POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, simply contact us at support@clynera.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods or personal care items that have been opened, cannot be returned.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@clynera.com.

We process orders quickly, so if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes or cancel it.

In certain cases, a 10% restocking fee may be applied if the order is canceled after processing. If this applies, we will inform you before proceeding.

If the order cannot be changed or canceled, you can still return the item after it arrives by following our return/refund policy.

WHAT IF I ENTERED WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you realize that you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@clynera.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to see if they can reroute the package.
